Situated nearest to the beach, two beachfront apartments are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The ground floor units enable guests to walk straight out towards the kiosks and pool area, while the first level units enjoy an unobstructed view of the magnificent Horizon.

Each apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an open-plan kitchen and living area leading onto a spacious outdoor terrace. Duplexes:

The Leora Duplexes are located right behind the Beachfront apartments and comprise four identical three bedroom properties on two levels within a private garden and pool area.

Guests have their own private entrance, and enjoy increased privacy as only four units share the parking, pool, outdoor kiosk and deck area. Private access to the beach enables the duplex guests to enjoy a short walk to the beach without having to cross any roads.

The duplexes themselves are built on two levels and offer superior spaciousness. From the parking area, guests enter the living and dining area which flows seamlessly into the kitchen and first queen size bedroom.

A large sliding door opens onto a spacious and airy outdoor terrace which may also be accessed via the bedroom located on this level.

Although there are no sea-views from this level, the ambiance at the duplexes is perfect for guests seeking increased privacy, comfort and tranquility.

The upper level comprises an open plan office facing the mountain, as well as two en-suite bathrooms of which one master bedroom which opens up onto a huge furnished outdoor terrace from which guests will be able to hear the ocean and have a small peak at it’s deep blue.

• Housekeeping is provided 6 times weekly – two maids at a time to fully service the apartment.
• Linen Provided : High quality cotton (white) bed-sheets, towels, beach/pool towels, duvet, duvet covers, pillows, pillow protector cases (without border) and pillow cases (with borders), fitted bed sheets, mattresses and mattress protectors. Hand towels, bath towels, and beach towels. Bath-mats also provided.
• Linen changed three times weekly : (Monday, Thursday and Saturday)
• Restaurant and Food Menu – Each apartment has a “take away menu” where items may be ordered from local restaurants and delivered at the apartment. This includes local dishes, breakfasts, pizzas and seasonal fresh produce of seafood and fruits as well as drinks.
• Concierge Service: Clients will be visited by our Concierge representative the day after arrival to help them plan activities and make arrangements for any other services i.e massage in villa, catering etc.
• Complex Manager – Will be on site to supervise operations and to attend to any queries guests may encounter during their stay. The complex manager will assist with guest relations on a daily basis.
• Pool and gardening service – Pool cleaned daily and garden weekly.
